Held back by shipping

I love some of the biscuits (Walnut, Oatcake and Hazelnut), but some of the others are not as good. The biggest issue I see is the shipping. They are packed in a box without much protection, so many of the packages are delivered with many broken biscuits. Please solve the shipping issues!

My current favorite

Actually, I love every variety that I have tried, I just change favorites now and then. The walnut biscuits have little bits of cranberries and a light taste of fennel...absolutely delightful.
