Crispy and not too sweet

Effie's are a real find! We love the crisp texture and the fact that they aren't too sweet. They're all great but the ginger is one of our favorites. Also, the gruyere is our new favorite to serve with soup and cheese.

I have taken to order a nine box of effie's biscuits so that I not only have the biscuits for me, but to bring as gifts to my adult children's families, for 'healthy cookies' and to give spontaneously to friends or to people who help me out, whether it be a handyman, appliance workman, or gardening help.
