So good

I love these for how perfectly crispy and just barely sweet they are, with little chunks of crystallized ginger throughout. Great alone or with some cheese.

Came as a gift, now we are addicts!

These Ginger biscuits came as part of a Christmas party basket my sister put together from Third Wheel Cheese Company. We loved everything in it. The Effie's biscuits, however, proved AMAZING! Package "somehow" became empty so quickly, I immediately ran to the computer, found the Effie's online store, and ordered another SIX BOXES. I will be putting the on the must have list from now on!
I think that these might just be our new favorite snack whether eaten "naked" or with aged cheese and wine.
