Fabulous biscuit for those who want somthing that's got great flavor and isn't too sweet.

One of my favorite cookies. Very happy that two or three have just a few grams of sugar. And the smidgen of added salt balances everything perfectly.
My one disappointment is that to track the shipment -- which I do because the local squirrels have also discovered how good these biscuits are -- requires downloading an app that grabs my personal data.

Such a treat!

Effie's Cocoa Biscuits are really great with a hard cheese, like Tarentaise or Gruyere, but they are also perfect for a milk and crackers snack before bed or an excellent substitute when you don't have any chocolate bars left in the house :)

These chocolate biscuits are a perfect after-dinner treat, either alone, or with ice cream and fruit! Not too sweet, but an interesting flavor with a touch of coconut!
