Best biscuits ever!

We are totally addicted to every flavor of Effie’s biscuits. I already ordered 4 of the 9 box samplers as holiday gifts for my family.
Favorite indulgence so far is vanilla ice cream on ginger biscuit with shaved dark chocolate on top. Second favorite is Nimbus cheese on a Gruyère biscuit.

Lovely!

I bought these for the first time, the Almond ones, Delish!
They are a bit sweeter than a normal cracker I guess that’s why they call them biscuits! Can’t wait to try the other varieties. Surprisingly wonderful! A delight to serve.
