Oakcakes are amazing

Yet the rest did not appeal to me sadly. I had an expectation of flakiness and mouth feel that wasn’t in any of the rest of the biscuits? One thought a lemon biscuit might work if you could reproduce the style of the Oakcake.

The others just don’t share that balance of salt, sugar and flack.

Love the size great for charcuterie boards or by itself. Loves the crunchy, buttery and slightly sweet taste. A superior cracker, something interesting to add to coffee or tea as well
