A long overdue review

I probably discovered this brand about two years ago in a store in FL. I can't remember the flavors I bought but I became hooked. I returned home to NY and I was excited to see that I could order them online. I am a serious home baker and I love my cookies with a simple flavor and biscuits with a snap. These biscuits certainly satisfy both.

I think I have tried every flavor and I will say a few are good but most are excellent. The flavors are subtle and I love the grit in each one. They can be paired with other toppings but most of them can definitely stand on their own.

Effie's also has integrity. Once, one of my orders was not fulfilled correctly and instead of sending me the item that was not included they sent me an entire new six pack.

Healthy and just a little sweet

I try to watch my sugar intake, and Effie's biscuits are the one cookie that I know I can eat and be kind to my body. They are delicious and just slightly sweet. I buy extra boxes and share as gifts to f riends
