My favorite snack

I absolutely love Effies biscuits. Not too sweet, crunchy and very satisfying paired or alone. I would love to be able to get the ginger flavor in California, WTH ingredient stops this!?!? The walnut ones, after 2 tries, have a bit of a rancid oil flavor to me, not my favorite. All the other flavo, especially ginger which I got in another state, very very delicious.

Not What they are "Cracked (cracked) up to be

I created a special flavor order with them directly, and was especially excited to try the "Gruyere", a cheese with which I am very familiar.
Not a hint of it in the cracker. The chosen hazelnut and almond...lackluster as well.

Always been a big fan

I've always loved Effie's Homemade - we used to use the oatcakes to pair with our Fat Toad Farm caramel for demos and people loved loved loved it. Now that I am retired, I appreciate being able to order the sample pack online and discovering all the new taste sensations. These are also my "go to" for before bedtime snacks.
