The almond goes with everything, the cardamom has a nice subtle but memorable flavor. The original oatcake is my go to stand alone snack, but the Almond are a staple on my cheese board! I love introducing Effie's to friends! I do love having a stash in my cabinet!
Great flavor but could taste more almonds
These slightly sweet little crackers are perfect to add variety to cheese boards. I love how the light sweetness pairs with more savory and herby cheeses, but these work equally well with mild goat cheeses, too.
If you are looking for that unique addition to your charcuterie tray Effies Biscuits are the thing. They were gone in a flash. So Different, with an interesting taste, slightly salty and quite delicious with cheeses and meats on my tray. I choose Almond mostly because I wanted them to be on a tray paired with veggies and cheese and meats. There were a hit.
