My favorite thing. I gifted a package to my friend for her birthday and now she’s a fan too! If I can state my favorite pairing, I’ll add goat cheese with apple slice or honey.

Not sure I would consider this a biscuit in the American version but whatever you call it it's delicious. I got the oatcake and was lightly sweet and crisp but not like a cracker. The texture was a bit denser than a tradition cookie. I liked the slight oaty flavor and it paired well with my cheese ( sharp cheddar). Now I want to try the other flavors.

One of the best biscuits I've tasted other than french cookies. They are not overly sweet nor do they leave the after taste in your mouth. Not too buttery and the flavor is well balanced.

I loved these cookies. They have a great texture and ingredients list. And most importantly, they are not as sweet as rightly named. Great to be used on cheese platters or other things.
