- 4 oz mezcal (may substitute tequila)
- 1.5 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (1 medium grapefruit)
- 1.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice (2 limes)
- 1.5 oz freshly squeezed blood orange juice (1 medium blood orange)
- 1.0 oz agave
Cut all of your citrus fruits in half.
Using a citrus squeezer or your hands, juice each piece of fruit into a measuring cup. Strain out any pulp or seeds.
Add mezcal or spirit of choice. Shake all ingredients with ice until very cold. Strain into a salt-rimmed glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with citrus. Serve with a side of our Corn biscuits and enjoy!
