- 1 package of Effie’s Cocoa Biscuits, finely crushed
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c. freeze dried strawberries, finely crushed
In a mixing bowl add in the crushed biscuits followed by the cocoa powder and then the sweetened condensed milk. Mix until it all comes together.
Cover with plastic wrap and place into the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Remove the bowl from the refrigerator. With damp hands, scoop out about 1 T. worth of the mixture and roll into balls.
Place the crushed strawberries onto a plate and roll each biscuit ball into the strawberries until fully covered.
Serve up and enjoy!
