- 1 apple (Fuji, Gala)
- 1 small wedge manchego cheese
- 1 package of prosciutto
- 1 package of Effie's Corn Biscuits
- 2 T. honey
Slice the apple into 12-14 slices.
Slice the manchego cheese into pieces about the size of each apple slice.
Remove the prosciutto from the package, and slice each piece in half, lengthwise, making long thin strips.
Place a slice of prosciutto on a cutting board. Lay an apple on top, and then place the cheese on the apple. Carefully roll the prosciutto, wrapping the apple and cheese. Repeat for all of the apple slices.
Place a large pan over medium high heat. Place the wrapped apples into the pan to allow the prosciutto to get crispy and for the cheese to slightly melt. About 1-2 minutes per side.
Once the slices have been cooked, place each onto a Corn Biscuit. Drizzle all of the biscuits with honey and enjoy warm!
