Individual Yogurt Parfaits with Cocoa Biscuits

Our friend Taylor Golub created this simple and delicious snack or dessert that is perfect for all of those beautiful summer berries!

Individual Yogurt Parfaits with Cocoa Biscuits

  • 1/2 pkg. Effie's Cocoa Biscuits
  • 1 c. Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c. blueberries
  • 1/2 c. raspberries 
  • 2 8-10 oz. glasses/glass containers

Take half a box of Cocoa Biscuits and place them into a bag. Crush the with a rolling pin, until all of the biscuits are broken into small, crumb-like pieces.

Take one glass and sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of the Cocoa Biscuit pieces into the bottom. Top with 1/4 cup of yogurt. Gently spread the yogurt over the biscuits, and top 2 tablespoons of blueberries, and 2 tablespoons of raspberries. Continue layering biscuits, yogurt and berries one more time, ending with berries on top.

Repeat with remaining ingredients, in second glass. 

Serve up and enjoy!
