- 4 oz goat cheese, room temperature
- 2 T. Greek yogurt
- 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 t. honey
- 2 T. chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill)
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 1 Pkg. Effie’s Gruyère Biscuits
- Micro greens, for garnish
Add the goat cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper to a food processor with the blade attachment. Process until smooth and creamy.
Use a spatula to put the spread into a medium sized bowl. Gently fold in the chopped fresh herbs.
Spread a dollop of the whipped goat cheese onto each Gruyere Biscuit. Garnish with a micro green and enjoy!
