Green Goddess Whipped Goat Cheese

Spring is upon us, and what better way to welcome it in than with our fried Taylor Golub's Green Goddess Whipped Goat Cheese Bites!



Green Goddess Whipped Goat Cheese

  • 4 oz goat cheese, room temperature
  • 2 T. Greek yogurt
  • 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 t. honey
  • 2 T. chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill)
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. black pepper
  • 1 Pkg. Effie’s Gruyère Biscuits
  • Micro greens, for garnish

Add the goat cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper to a food processor with the blade attachment. Process until smooth and creamy.

Use a spatula to put the spread into a medium sized bowl. Gently fold in the chopped fresh herbs.

Spread a dollop of the whipped goat cheese onto each Gruyere Biscuit. Garnish with a micro green and enjoy!
