Ginger Biscuit Trifle

Looking to wow someone special for Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s Day, or just a festive evening? Our Ginger Biscuit Trifle is just the recipe. Featuring a spicy ginger kick and topped with bright, sweet berries, this decadent dessert offers delicious rewards with minimal effort.

Ginger Biscuit Trifle

  • 2 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 2 T. lemon curd
  • ½ package Effie’s Homemade Ginger Biscuits
  • 1 c. mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • ½ c. cherries

In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold the lemon curd into the whipped cream and set aside.

In a clear dish, roughly break 3 x Effie’s Homemade Ginger Biscuits and place into the dish. Layer with cream, mixed berries and an additional 3 x Effie’s Homemade Ginger Biscuits.

Lastly, top with more cream and mixed berries.
