- 2 c. heavy whipping cream
- 2 T. lemon curd
- ½ package Effie’s Homemade Ginger Biscuits
- 1 c. mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- ½ c. cherries
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold the lemon curd into the whipped cream and set aside.
In a clear dish, roughly break 3 x Effie’s Homemade Ginger Biscuits and place into the dish. Layer with cream, mixed berries and an additional 3 x Effie’s Homemade Ginger Biscuits.
Lastly, top with more cream and mixed berries.
