Fromage & Jam Verrine

We love this decadent recipe from our friends over at Blake Hill Preserves. It's the perfect sweet & savory combination of buttery biscuit, rich cheese and bright fruit jam. It makes an elegant appetizer or after dinner cheese course!

Fromage & Jam Verrine

  • 1 pkg. Effie's Oatcakes, Cocoa Biscuits, Ginger Biscuits, Walnut Biscuits, or Corn Biscuits
  • 1 pkg. Fromager d’Affinois Le Campagnier
  • Blake Hill's Naked Fruit Jams

Crush 5-6 biscuits by placing in a sealed clear bag. We used a rolling pin though your hands work too!

Place crushed biscuits at the bottom of your desired glassware and fill each glass approximately a quarter high depending on their size.

Cube cheese and place on top of biscuits - we suggest 2-3 pieces per serving.

Top with all your favorite Naked jams and Enjoy!
