Campfire S'mores

Make a campfire favorite a little extra special by using your favorite flavor of Effie's Homemade biscuits in place of graham crackers to make s'mores. Good chocolate makes a difference, too.

Campfire S'mores

  • 16 Effie’s Oatcake
  • 8 large marshmallows
  • 8 (1.5 ounce) good quality chocolate
  • 8 long skewers - metal or wood

Run a skewer through a marshmallow and heat the marshmallow over an open flame until it begins to brown and melt.

Sandwich the chocolate between the oatcake and the hot marshmallow.

Allow the marshmallow to cool a moment before eating.
