- 1 pkg. Effie’s Walnut Biscuits
- 1 medium red apple
- 6 oz. Brie cheese
- ⅓ c. chopped pecan
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig
- honey for drizzling
Preheat oven to 375F
Slice Brie cheese into thin slices
Place 12 Walnut Biscuits on a baking tray and top each biscuit with a slice of brie cheese.
Place baking tray in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes until brie is melted.
While the biscuits are in the oven, cut the apple into thin slices, removing the core.
Remove the Biscuits from the oven and top with apple slices, a drizzle of honey, chopped pecans and fresh rosemary. Enjoy!
Recipe yields 12 canapés. Best served immediately.
