- 6 Effie’s Almond Biscuits, crushed
- 10 oz chopped dark chocolate
- 1 T. coconut oil
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1/4 c. dried apricot, quartered
- 1/2 T. sea salt flakes
Crush the almond biscuits in a plastic bag with a rolling pin.
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil at 20 second intervals in the microwave, or until completely melted.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Spread the melted chocolate evenly onto the baking tray, forming a thin layer.
Sprinkle the almond biscuits, apricots, slivered almonds, and salt over the melted chocolate.
Place the baking tray in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Once the chocolate bark has hardened, remove it from the refrigerator and break it into pieces and enjoy!
