Almond Biscuits with Baked Brie & Berries

Our friend Taylor Golub is elevating cheese and crackers! One of Taylor's all time favorite cheeses is brie, so he decided to add some sweetness to it with blueberry jam, honey and fresh berries. This is a great Spring appetizer when you have guests over or if you want a delicious afternoon snack!



Almond Biscuits with Baked Brie & Berries

  • 1 package of Effie's Almond Biscuits
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 2 t. honey
  • 1/4 c. blueberry jam
  • 1/4 c. fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 c. fresh raspberries
  • Additional honey for garnish

Preheat oven to 350F. Place the wheel of brie in a baking dish and drizzle it with 2 t. of honey.

Place the brie into the the oven for 5-6 minutes. It is ready to come out of the oven once it starts to ooze a bit.

Let cool for 2-3 minutes, and then spread a bit of brie onto each Almond Biscuit. Next, add a dollop of blueberry jam followed by a fresh blueberry or two, and a raspberry.

Drizzle each bite with a bit of honey and enjoy!
