Counter Culture Portland, OR

This is a free, educational two-day of seminars for anyone who works with specialty cheese on a regular basis - either behind the counter (at independent shops, grocery, specialty stores etc.) or in distribution, including managers as well as non-salaried mongers, plus food service and people in food/beverage related areas that have interest in cheese programs.
