Oatcake & Irish Cream Chocolate Martini

Cheers to St. Patrick's Day with a decadent twist! Indulge in a rich and creamy Irish Cream Chocolate Martini. This martini is a delightful blend of cold brew coffee, vanilla vodka, and a touch of Irish cream.

Swap out the vodka for your favorite non-alcoholic spirit to enjoy as a perfectly crafted mocktail! 



Oatcake & Irish Cream Chocolate Martini

  • 1 pkg. of Effie’s Oatcake Biscuits
  • 2 oz. vanilla vodka
  • 4 oz. Irish cream
  • 2 oz. cold brew coffee
  • Ice cubes
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

Place 6 biscuits into a resealable bag and crush the biscuits.

Place the crushed biscuits onto a small plate.

Take out another small plate and pour a small amount of chocolate sauce.

Take each martini glass and first dip into the chocolate sauce followed by the biscuit crumbs to coat the rim of the glass.

Into a cocktail shaker pour in the vodka, Irish cream, cold brew, and ice.

Shake for 20 seconds then strain into glasses. Serve with a garnish of mint and enjoy!
